Jaytee's archive of work that she’s created and/or performed on is available in MP3 format for your listening pleasure, divided chronologically by band or time period.

  • Early Days: pre-band, pre-VIT gems that show raw (and we do mean RAW) talent and are from a time when Jaytee was finding her musical identity.
  • The Task (1985-1989): first major band. Based out of Lansing, MI, they toured the “A” circuit in the Midwest with a set list including covers by 80’s hair bands mixed in with their own originals. Jaytee played bass in addition to singing. A nine-song EP was recorded and three test pressings survive. While the album is unreleased, the ballad “Straight On You” did receive regular rotation on a Michigan Top 40 station.
  • The VIT days (1989-90): Jaytee was a student at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA.
  • Mind's Eye (1995-1997): first all-original post-VIT band. This group toured local Toledo-area clubs and opened for 80’s hair legends Slaughter when they played Toledo. The band emerged from the studio with several completed tracks, some of which are being reworked for possible inclusion on a solo effort. The songs featured on this website appear in their original heavy state.
  • Stages (1997-98): all-original. Recorded four songs for an EP; three of them were finished before the band broke up. Major career move: winning a spot in the Toledo Battle of the Bands and playing a perfect 29-minute, 59-second set (time limit was 30 minutes with penalties for going over). They placed second, losing out to a freakish performance art band that went over their time by an extra half hour, exhibited disgusting behavior, stopped the show in the middle to complain about the microphone problems, and broke up six weeks later.
  • BonesGarage (1998-2000): mostly originals with selected old-school covers. Formed in 1996 by ex-Damien members bassist Kevin Kekes and drummer Rob Brug, they invited Jaytee to join in 1998 and began an exhaustive local touring and songwriting schedule. The song “Crushing Faith” was selected for inclusion on two compilation CDs, SinKlub's Toledo Exposed III (1999) and Detroit's Jam Rag Family Album (2000).
  • Solo Work (2000-present): After many years playing and writing subsequently heavier music, Jaytee rediscovered her voice as a songwriter. Her most recent music features a return to her acoustic roots and her love of fingerstyle guitar. Jaytee is releasing a solo CD in the near future.
